Terms and Conditions

In order to download and use the Schedule Genie software, you must agree with the following terms and conditions. This agreement may change at any time without notice:

 

  1. You understand that Schedule Genie software will attempt to register the classes you request. You acknowledge that Schedule Genie, Inc. cannot guarantee success in registering your classes.
  2. Schedule Genie, Inc. and the Schedule Genie software is provided “as-is”, without any expressed or implied warranty. In no event will Schedule Genie, Inc. be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this software.
  3. You may not sell, rent, loan or otherwise alter this software in whole or in part, to any third party.  You will not allow any other student to use you’re copy of Schedule Genie to register for their classes. 
  4. you acknowledge that Schedule Genie, Inc. is not a part of any University, and is not affiliated with any University
  5. Students should independently verify their University's records to ensure they are in fact enrolled in the classes they requested, Schedule Genie, Inc. is in no way responsible. 
  6. If a student makes changes to their class schedule by using the Schedule Genie software, and is not satisfied with the result, Schedule Genie, Inc. is in no way responsible.
  7. If a student drops a desired course by using the Schedule Genie software and is not satisfied with the result, again, Schedule Genie, Inc. is in no way responsible. 
  8. The price of the product may change at any time.  Adjustments to previously processed payments will not be given.

Referral Agreement

  1. In order for a referral to be complete and true, each referral must create an account and purchase the software. 
  2. Cross referrals are not permitted.
  3. If a referred customer is refunded their purchase, the referral is no longer valid.
  4. You must refer five people to receive a commission but there is no limit to the number of referrals one can make.
  5. You may not refer yourself.
  6. Referrals are only valid if done in the same semester- you do not get credit for 5 people if you sign up 3 people in one semester and then 2 more the next semester. 

 

 

All personal information is collected strictly for customer service and order tracking information and will not under any circumstances be transferred or sold to a third party.
